8.  Choice B is the correct answer.  This patient has severe preclampsia and is essentially term.  The most definitive treatment is delivery.  A non stress test may give some useful information but will not help the patient.  Morphine may provide some symptomatic relief but may cause some respiratory depression for the infant post delivery.  Management of the blood pressure is also important but labetolol and hydralazine are considered first line.
